LIFEproETV at Eastern Public Procurement Forum in Lublin

We are pleased to announce that on May 20th, we hosted the Eastern Public Procurement Forum in Lublin. This event served as a platform to disseminate information about the LIFEproETV project and the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) system to stakeholders from different parts of Poland. This year’s forum was dedicated to the theme of Public Procurement and New Technologies, focusing on how these advancements can drive sustainable development and innovation.

During the morning session, Izabela Ratman-Kłosińska, LIFEproETV Project Manager, presented the ETV verification system. Her presentation, entitled “Innovative Public Procurement in the Era of Green Transformation: how to use the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) system to purchase the optimal technical solution?” sparked significant interest and generated lively discussions. This signifies the importance of our project’s objectives and the widespread need for understanding its implications across various sectors of the economy.

The engagement continued with a panel discussion titled “New Technologies in the Service of Ecology,” where Izabela Ratman-Kłosińska shared her expertise on technologies, as well as strategies for evaluating their effectiveness and addressing issues of greenwashing.
